Front-end Developer / CRM Specialist
Frontend Development:
I developed user-friendly and impressive interfaces for CRM applications using React. I made improvements to increase application performance by fixing the frontend errors encountered.
Backend Development:
I updated WordPress integrations written in PHP.
I made the necessary arrangements in the backend codes using Python and made them compatible with the frontend.
Server Administration:
I installed and configured the servers in the company infrastructure and positioned them in the data centre. By performing daily system checks, I ensured the uninterrupted and secure operation of all systems.
System Optimisation:
I optimised server and network systems to increase performance, analysed technical problems and accelerated solution processes.
Network Solutions:
I developed network infrastructure solutions and provided technical support in projects carried out with business partners. I analysed network problems from telecom companies and offered solutions.
CRM Management:
I carried out the testing processes of the cloud-based CRM application developed by the company. I took an active role in the installation, user training and technical support stages of the CRM application.
Support:
By answering incoming technical support calls, I analysed the requests from customers and business partners and took action to solve the problems. I analysed the performance by evaluating the daily call reports. I developed solutions by identifying the root causes of the problems with the data obtained from the calls.
Web Development and Design:
I renewed the company's WordPress-based websites and made them more user-friendly and modern. I created creative visual designs for social media and websites using Photoshop.
Manual Interface Tests:
I performed UI/UX tests to improve the user experience and took an active role in the design processes.

Teknik tarafı yanında, büyük bir kısmımda insan ilişkileri gerektiren bu süreçte, tam bir ekip çalışması içerisinde, uyumlu bir çalışma ortamı oluşturmamızda Zeynelin katkısı çok fazlaydı. CRM uzmanlığı rolünde teknik birimde yalnız çalışırken ekibe katılmış ve ekip arkadaşımız olmuştu. Uzun bir öğrenme süreci gerektiren bir pozisyon olmasına rağmen kısa sürede yoğun çalışmasıyla birlikte kendini geliştirmiş ve üzerimizden ağır bir yük almıştı. Çalıştığımız pozisyondan dolayı insani ilişkilerinin çok iyi olduğunu, sabırlı, öğrenmeye açık ve kendini geliştirmek için sorumluluk almaktan kaçmayan bir yapısı olmasından dolayı ekibe çok hızlı adapte olduğunu söyleyebilirim.
Birlikte çalıştığımız süre zarfında ekip içerisinde hiç bir uyumsuzluk olmaması özellikle Zeynel Murat Cumhur’ un kolay adapte olabilen ve ekip çalışmasına uyumlu bir yapısının olduğunun en büyük kanıtıdır. Çok fazla toplantı gerçekleştirilen bir pozisyon olmasıdan dolayı zaman yönetiminin üst düzeyde olduğunu ve tertipli bir şekilde çalıştığını gözlemleme fırsatım oldu.
Birlikte geçirmiş olduğumuz 10 aydan çok zevk aldığımı belirterek Zeynel Cumhur Murat’ a iş hayatında başarılar dilerim.
